The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have confirmed a norovirus outbreak aboard a Princess Cruises cruise ship. Health officials report that 158 passengers and 14 crew members aboard the Crown Princess were stricken with the gastrointestinal illness during a 28-day-long cruise that ended in Los Angeles, CA, this past weekend.
