Tuscany, Giglio Sue Costa Cruises Following Costa Concordia Crash

The Italian region of Tuscany is demanding almost $40 million from the owners of the Costa Concordia cruise ship that crashed off the Italian coast almost three years ago. The Costa Concordia struck a rock off the Tuscan island of Giglio in January 2012, killing 32 people.
