Morning cartoons and nature movies are on Walt Disney's to-do list in China as the Shanghai outpost of the media giant and Shanghai Media Group announced plans to expand their strategic partnership to include television content development, movie production, content distribution and marketing cooperation. The move is an effort to develop more content and a larger audience in the Asian country, where the two companies already have a relationship that includes a multiyear studio and talent development deal.
