Mother of Quitman toddlers faces capital murder charges

The Quitman Police Department said Monday that the mother of two girls who were found dead in a Quitman apartment was arrested and charged with two counts of capital murder. Daphne Elizabeth McDaniels, now a Tulsa, OK resident, was arrested and charged after months of investigation that spanned three states.
