Cannery Row: Woman seeks $25K for fall

Monterey>> A San Diego County woman is seeking $25,000 from the city of Monterey for tripping on a 1-inch raised portion of sidewalk on Cannery Row, which she said caused many injuries. Lauren Roberts' claim said she suffered a fractured toe, broken shoulder and major swelling after tripping on the sidewalk leaving Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop on June 23, 2014.
