Royal Caribbean's 2nd Quantum Class cruise ship, Anthem of the Seas, was officially delivered to the cruise line by Meyer Werft in a signing ceremony in Bremerhaven, Germany. Royal Caribbean Cruises chairman and CEO Richard Fain officially received the 16-deck-high vessel from Germany's Meyer Werft shipyard.
