Dispute over diamond value mistake heads back to court

A dustup over a multimillion-dollar mistake in the value of a diamond purchased aboard a cruise ship is headed back to a Miami courtroom. The 3rd District Court of Appeal ruled that a lower court judge erroneously tossed out the case.
