Oceania Insignia cruise fire kills three

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, the parent company of the 684-passenger Insignia cruise ship, said one crew member and two contractors died on board the vessel while it was docked in St. Lucia. The three injured workers were taken to a medical facility in St. Lucia, but were declared dead.
