Norwegian Cruise Line and Margaritaville announce a partnership to bring first restaurant at sea on the all-new Norwegian Escape, coming Fall 2015. Still making New Year's plans? Monterey's historic downtown will be hosting its family-friendly First Night Festival from 3 p.m. to midnight Dec. 31. It boasts an arty "Sea-Changes, the Seaquel" theme that includes art workshops, puppeteers, Bollywood dancers, taiko drummers and other live entertainment at 22 venues.
