Keep an eye on CUBA

The Herzfeld Caribbean Basin Fund is one of the obvious beneficiaries of a thawing of relations between the U.S. and Cuba. The closed-end fund, opened in 1994 and run by Miami-based manager Thomas Herzfeld, has centered its investment policy around the beneficiaries of a more liberal relationship with the island nation 90 miles from the coast of Florida.
