A Royal Caribbean cruise passenger went overboard around 11 p.m. Sunday night about 20 miles off the coast of Marathon in the Keys. The Coast Guard said it is unclear whether the man jumped or fell from the Liberty of the Seas, although Royal Caribbean Cruises said in a statement the man jumped.
