The U.S. Coast Guard has called off the search for a man who apparently jumped overboard the Liberty of the Seas cruise ship 22 nautical miles off the coast of Marathon on Sunday. Royal Caribbean Cruises said in a statement that surveillance video showed a man, identified by the Coast Guard as Frank Flippo, 43, climbing over the railing of deck 12 and jumping off.
