Rose Parade takes place in unusually chilly temperatures

One volunteer at today's Rose Bowl parade says he "dressed in four to five layers" in anticipation of the unusually cold temperatures that greeted marchers and spectators today. But Paul Josephson, whose job today involved cleaning up after horses, was ready to peel off the layers once the temperatures started warming up.
