As temperatures hovered just above freezing, the 2015 Rose Parade started with floats from the City of Torrance and Dole Packaged Foods among the top winners on New Year's Day. Pasadena police report there were 11 arrests for drunken or loutish behavior along the Rose Parade route overnight.
