"The Love Boat" cast reunited to celebrate Princess Cruises 50th anniversary by appearing on a float at the 126th Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena on Thursday. The Pasadena Star News reported that the six cast members riding the float included stars Gavin MacLeod, who played Captain Stubing; Fred Grandy, who portrayed Chief Purser Gopher; Ted Lange, as the ship's bartender Isaac; Bernie Kopell, the ship's doctor; Lauren Tewes, who was Julie, the cruise director, and Jill Whelan, Captain Stubing's daughter Vicki.
