Grosseto, January 23 - A Grosseto prosecutor was unsparing in his criticism of Francesco Schettino during closing arguments Friday in the multiple manslaughter and dereliction of duty trial of the ex-Costa Concordia captain for a 2012 shipwreck that claimed 32 lives. "Schettino and his officers should have stayed on board until the last of the passengers had left," Alessandro Leopizzi told the court.
