Seven Downtown Disney hotels in the Orlando resort area are offering special rates for travel through Oct. 31. The Make Some Memories rates range from $69 to $99 a night. For example, Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort starts at $69 a night ; B Resort and Spa is from $89 ; and DoubleTree Suites by Hilton is from $99 .
