American Cruise Lines, which operates the Queen of the Mississippi river boat tours, will add a second river boat, the passenger-carrying American Eagle, to its fleet. The Queen of Mississippi river boat offers cruises on the Lower Mississippi River and is home-ported in New Orleans.
