Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. appointed Andy Stuart as the new president and chief operating officer of Norwegian Cruise Line effective Wednesday. Stuart, who has been with Norwegian Cruise Line since 1998, replaced Drew Madsen , who resigned.
