Commonwealth Day flag-raising event to be held

A ceremony to celebrate Commonwealth Day will be held at Daventry District Council's civic offices on Monday, March 9. The Commonwealth Flag will be raised at 10am, with the ceremony led by the chairman of the council, Councillor Catherine Lomax.
