Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has named Michael Bayley CEO of Royal Caribbean International and Lisa Lutoff-Perlo CEO of Celebrity Cruises, effective immediately, the company announced Monday. Bayley was most recently the CEO of Celebrity Cruises, a position he held since July 2012.
