On Thursday, a group with New Brighton Historical Society from Pittsburgh, Pa., is scheduled to visit Cambridge and its Dickens Victorian Village. The Guernsey County Law Library Resources Board is scheduled to meet at noon Thursday at the Guernsey County Law Library on the third floor of the Guernsey County Courthouse.
