Ctrip.com International Ltd., a Shanghai-based travel agency, has acquired the Celebrity Century from Miami-based cruise line Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. The sale will result in a $20 million non-cash loss, which will be excluded from Royal Caribbean's adjusted net income for the third quarter, the Miami-based company announced Tuesday.
