Norwegian Cruise buys Oceania, Regent Seven Seas

The Norwegian Breakaway, the largest liner embarking from New York City year-round, won't be the biggest jewel in Norwegian Cruises' crown after the company buys Prestige Cruises International, the parent of two upscale cruise lines.
