Steel is cut for new luxury cruise ship Seabourn Encore

Luxury cruise watchers are eagerly awaiting news of Seabourn's newest ship, the Seabourn Encore , and this week revealed the first step in construction - the commemorative cutting of the first steel that will form the hull of the ship. Seabourn, one of the top luxury cruise lines worldwide, will debut this new 600-passenger vessel in 2016, and a sister ship, Seabourn Ovation, follows in 2018.
