The latest expansion of subway Wi-Fi and cell phone service is expected to cover 11 stations in Manhattan and 29 in Queens by the end of the year. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is expected to announce the service upgrades on Thursday , the Wall Street Journal reported, and as of now, the full cost will be covered with private money.
