NJ targeting unemployment insurance fraud; the check may not be in the mail

An unemployment certification claim filed by a Bergen County from the network of Royal Caribbean Cruises out of Miami led to questions of fraud, and a $70,000 judgment by the state for benefits paid to the couple.
