Carnival to install 'scrubber' technology on cruise ship exhausts, Miami Herald reports

Carnival Corp., parent company of Carnival Cruise Lines, which berth ships in New Orleans, announced Thursday that it's spending $400 million to install new exhaust "scrubber" technology on 70 ships, reporter Hannah Sampson reported in The Miami Herald.
